Elite Airways Resumes Nonstop Service to Newark from Vero Beach Florida on March 25, Adds New Nonstops to White Plains NY and Portland ME

February 14, 2022 – Portland ME and Vero Beach FL – Elite Airways LLC today announced it will resume flights at Vero Beach Regional Airport (VRB) on March 25 with its popular twice-weekly nonstop service to Newark NJ.  The airline is also adding a new nonstop flight to/from Portland International Jetport (PWM) in Maine beginning March 26, and a new nonstop flight to/from Westchester White Plains Airport (HPN) starting March 30. Elite’s existing service between Vero Beach and Newark will add a third day of flights on April 15 & 22nd then continue twice weekly throughout the summer. Elite Airways Expands Air Service in St. Augustine Florida with New Nonstop to Portland Maine beginning March 26

February 14, 2022 – St. Augustine, FL and Portland, ME – Elite Airways LLC today announced it is expanding air service at Northeast Florida Regional Airport (UST) in St. Augustine with new nonstop service to Portland International Jetport (PWM) in Maine. The new service starts March 26 and will operate on Saturdays traveling southbound and Sundays going northbound. Coronavirus update: what we’re doing to keep passengers and employees safe

At Elite Airways, passenger safety and comfort are top imperatives. We understand you may have questions about upcoming travel and steps we’re taking to prioritize the safety of our passengers.

The following information may be helpful when making decisions about upcoming travel on Elite Airways. You may also contact us online or by phone at 877-393-2510 from 9:00am to 5:00pm ET, seven days a week.

 
Things to know before you fly:
 
Elite Airways has no ticketing change fees. Passengers may rebook a flight for any reason up to 24 hours in advance at 877-393-2510 with no change fees or penalties; fare difference may apply. If you wish to cancel altogether, you may do so without any cancellation fees up to 24 hours prior to departure and receive a credit valid on Elite Airways for travel up to one year from the original booking date.


Do I need to wear a mask when flying with Elite Airways?

Yes. Passengers on all Elite Airways flights are required to bring and wear face-masks during check-in, during the flight, and while deplaning (note: children under the age of two are exempt).

Per the CDC, people who are fully vaccinated with an FDA-authorized vaccine can travel safely within the US. You do not need to get tested or self-quarantine if you are fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 3 months.

If you have not been vaccinated and plan to fly, please refer to the latest CDC guidelines for this.


What if I’m not feeling well before my flight?

Do NOT travel if you feel sick, test positive, or if you were exposed to the virus and are waiting for results of a COVID-19 test. At-home instant tests are readily available at local pharmacies. If you or someone in your household exhibits respiratory symptoms prior to a scheduled flight, please take all necessary travel precautions as recommended by the CDC -- or call us at (877) 393-2510 if you wish to make a change.
 
While on board Elite Airways:

Passengers on all Elite Airways flights are required to bring and wear face-masks during check-in, during the flight, and while deplaning (note: children under the age of two are exempt). These guidelines are subject to change.

We utilize robust cleaning processes on our aircraft and use disinfectants that are effective against viruses. We have also placed extra sanitizing wipes on board for passenger use and convenience.  
 
Should you experience any concerns or respiratory symptoms while on board, please notify a crew member immediately. By working together, we can help minimize the risks while ensuring the safety and comfort of everyone on board.

Elite Airways hosts Aircraft Pull fundraiser; helps raise $4,200 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mid Maine

On Saturday May 15, 2021 Elite Airways held an aircraft pull to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mid Maine at Auburn Lewiston Airport. Teams of 8-10 people from businesses around the airport competed and together raised more than $4,200 for BBBS! Congrats to the Lewiston PD for the fastest pull at 5.69 seconds, to Boston Brands of Maine for the highest fundraising total, to Auburn PD, ABB and team Elite for their participation and fundraising, and to Auburn Mayor Jason Levesque for emceeing the event. Big Brothers Big Sisters has such an important role in our community and we plan to make this an annual tradition!
